During breaks from filming the Harry Potter series as “Ron Weasley”, Rupert Grint has been known to draw and paint. Now, he has focused his talent to paint an artwork with a butterfly theme for Keech Hospice Care’s The Chrysalis Collection which is a collection of “butterfly inspired” art by well-known celebrities. The theme for the special group of paintings was created to represent the beauty of all lives, no matter how short their term may be.
The Chrysalis Collection will be displayed at Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton from March 1-29. Then, the artwork will be auctioned on Ebay from March 19 to March 28. The proceeds will benefit the hospices in the area close to Grint’s Hertfordshire home. It will help Keech Hospice Care to continue to supprt adult and children with terminal illnesses and their families.
