We previously reported that Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) did an interview for AP Live to discuss The Trevor Project. MTV also had the opportunity to discuss the project with him. Of course, they couldn’t resist asking about Deathly Hallows. Spoiler Alert!
When MTV asked about the Epilogue, Radcliffe said tests are still being done. And “hopefully” the daughter of the person in charge of the makeup department will be cast as “his daughter”. For not only does she have “Ginny’s red hair” and “my blue eyes”, she was born a week before he was cast as “Harry Potter” which makes her nine years old, “a physical embodiment” of how long they all have been together making the Harry Potter films.
Radcliffe admits that it is a bit weird now that some of the cast have finished filming their characters’ stories (like Alan Rickman as “Snape” and Helena Bonham Carter as “Bellatrix” which we mentioned here and here).
The Forest Scene that Radcliffe was looking forward to do since it gave him the chance to work with Gary Oldman (Sirius Black) again turned out to be a tough one for him to do because he “wanted to be perfect”. He confirmed that David Thewlis (Lupin) was also in the scene along with Adrian Rawlins and Geraldine Somerville who have been seen in photos and memories as “James and Lily Potter” in past Harry Potter films like Order of the Phoenix.
In the rest of the video interview, Radcliffe also talks about The Trevor Project, gay rumors about himself, wanting to return to Broadway, and watching the sport of curling. And no, he doesn’t do Twitter nor does he consider himself a role model.
