This time, Emma Watson will be the one on stage. Although it is not a Broadway production like it was for Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), the actress who portrays “Hermione Granger” in the Harry Potter films will be in a student-directed production of The Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov at Brown University where she is a freshman.
According to an article posted by The Huffington Post, Chekhov’s classical play is being produced by the school’s Production Workshop, a non-profit student theater founded in 1960. With a cast of 13 other students, Watson will do six performances from March 11-15.
And guess what…Admission is free, although it’s mainly for students, faculty, and staff! If anyone attends a performance, please let us know.

Update: According to an article in The Providence Journal, there have been reporters trying to confirm online reports of Emma Watson’s stage appearance in The Three Sisters by Anton Chehkov this weekend at Brown University. But the university has neither confirmed nor denied the report.
