J.K. Rowling Reading at White House April 5

J.K. Rowling is to read from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone this Monday, April 5, from the White House as part of the annual Easter Egg Roll event. According to Scholastic’s On Our Minds blog, the event is to air live! Here’s what they have to say:

Rowling will be reading from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone at two separate times (1:30pm to 1:45pm ET and again at 2:00pm to 2:15pm ET) on Monday, and will be answering questions from kids. The whole event will be streaming live on whitehouse.gov, and we’ll try to bring you as much info as we can as it happens.

Warner Bros have released eight new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 TV spot videos on their official YouTube site.
