We previously reported that the next stop for Harry Potter: The Exhibition was in Ontario, Canada. James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley) attended the press preview for the exhibit at the Ontario Science Centre today. This showcase of the sets, costumes, and props from the Harry Potter films is the same one that has been seen in Chicago and Boston. According to Eddie Newquist, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Global Experience Specialists, Inc. who is one of the coordinators of this tour, there will also be various surprises for Harry Potter fans as well.
The Phelps Twins have already extended their thanks on their Twitter accounts to the guests who were fortunate enough to attend the media event today:
OliverPhelps: I had a good time at the HP exhibit. Thanks to everyone who came. Now to watch the masters in the same time zone(ish)
James_Phelps: Had a great morning. Thanks to everyone we met and hope you enjoy the exhibit. Loved the Raptors game last night too. Im liking Toronto!
Harry Potter: The Exhibition will be open to the public starting tomorrow, Friday April 9 until Sunday August 22, 2010. Click here for ticket information.

Harry Potter’s Page was invited to the media event when the exhibit was in Boston. Since we were not able to be there to see everything in person, Resa (who did attend the event) compiled a report for us. However, I was allowed to ask questions via phone. Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) was the Harry Potter star to welcome everyone to the exhibit. He even answered my question on what was his favorite set that was included in the exhibit! Click here to read our reports. Our thanks again to Resa.
