The end of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book didn’t reveal what happened to Harry’s family, the Dursleys. However, Harry Melling, who portrays Dudley Durley in the films, revealed on his Twitter that the film may give us a fate for them at the end of the last film. He then went on to remind us that the part may not end up in the film because of the timing and editing of the film.
In his first post earlier today, he stated:
End of HP book does not say what happens to the Dursley family. .. But the movie you will have a big surprise!
In his second post, he followed up with:
Guys! Not sure the Dursleys appear at the end! It depends on the time of the film. .. Please! Do not wait for anything in the end!
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I will be released on November 19, 2010 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II will be released on July 15, 2011.
