We previously reported that Emma Watson accompanied George Craig, from the band One Night Only, at the Glastonbury Festival and spoke to BBC Radio 1 about the band’s song and music video “Say You Don’t Want It”. The actress who portrays “Hermione Granger” in the Harry Potter films also spoke to BBC’s Newsbeat. There was talk about Watson being the queen of the festival instead of Kate Moss, but she deferred to the British supermodel:
But on reflection, Emma told Newsbeat “no way, she’s queen, I’m not, but that’s a huge compliment!”
However, there was more talk about her last days of shooting Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. She said she had to “sleep for a week” after her part was done. And of course, she was the one who cried the most out of herself, Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley).
…”I’m the girl, it was obviously me wasn’t it!”
Emma says she was the first to crack after the cast and crew watched a video put together by the First Assistant Director.
“He put together a behind-the-scenes film of the last 7 years of all the crew with people saying good bye and stuff.
Emma continues, “It was just overwhelming. And to finish it off he put together the unseen trailer for the new film, and it was so epic and just looked absolutely incredible and so we were all in bits really.”
