Collector’s Edition LEGO Game & DH Footage Update

Posted by Dijares On June - 25 - 2010

LEGO Harry Potter Years 1 - 4We previously reported that the collector’s edition of the LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 game would include an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.  The game was released today in Europe and a fan took a video while opening the package.  The package contained a paper that informed him he could see the footage on July 7th.  The 2:00 mark on the video below shows the paper.

Fansite SnitchSeeker was able to get some clarification on the Deathly Hallows footage.  Those in Europe will see the footage on July 7th, however those in North America, whose release date is June 29th, and those in Australia (June 30th), will have a DVD that includes the footage.

All the content listed is on a separate disc that is packaged in the Collector’s Edition (for North America and Australia). The Collector’s Editions in Europe do not include the footage in the box. Instead the insert that you see in the video was included. It directs people to the site where they’ll be able to view the footage beginning July 7th.

You can pre-order the regular editions of LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 on the different platforms at our Amazon store at the following links:
