Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsThe Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows panel from Comic-Con has begun and information is now being reported online.

A clip from the film was shown.  Here’s a description of it:

Shots of a dead Dumbledore, Nagini, Bellatrix holding Harry, the 7 Potters, Harry and Hagrid driving through Hogwarts, Snape meeting with Voldemort, Death Eaters congregating, Ron talking about listening to the radio, Harry and Ron’s fight, Bellatrix going crazy and lots of shots of Harry and Hagrid on the motorbike.

Also, a photo of Tom Felton arriving to the panel is now online.  You can see it in our gallery (thanks to MuggleNet) here.

Keep checking back for updates!

UPDATE: After the Deathly Hallows Panel, Warner Bros. invited our friends at Feltbeats, Snitchseeker, The Leaky Cauldron, and MuggleNet for an interview with Tom Felton.

Thanks to Amy_Marie97 who represented Feltbeats, here is an excerpt of her report from the interview, but first she states that Felton confirmed that he has not signed any record contract with Six Strings Production:

Tom has NOT signed an official record deal with Six String productions. He says that the company blew the concept out of proportion. Tom discussed that he and Six String have talked about possibly recording some of his previous songs, and maybe in the future he will do something, but as of yet NO record/album deal has been declared. He mentioned that they are both willing and able to work with each other, and have been talking. Just talking. Tom actually mentioned he was a bit frustrated that Six String blew it so out of proportion. He said their general good working relationship is a bit strained. He says he has no intention of a career change, and definitely “won’t be getting in the pop scene”. . .

. . .Tom said he wasn’t able to keep any memorabilia from set. He wanted Draco’s wand and cape for sure, but couldn’t get it. He did say, however, that he was excited about getting Draco’s wand at WWOHP. . .

. . .The ‘post production’ part of DH that Tom is most looking forward to are the effects and CGI. He mentioned he has always been impressed with the incredible team, and thanked them for all their hard work. He also mentioned that he absolutely loves the scores from the movies – from the big booms to the small xylophone chimes. He says they always nail it right on. Also, he is always interested to see how they piece the movie together – because they shoot everything at once. . .

We also posted more photos from the event, including ones from the interview here in the photo gallery, thanks to Snitchseeker and MuggleNet.

UPDATE2: (SPOILER) Here are some bits Snitchseeker posted from the interview:

@TomFelton said he was there when @EmWatson did her Deathly Hallows Malfoy Manor scene and said it was gruesome!

@TomFelton thinks a photographer took a Malfoy family photo for the DH epilogue, & wants to see it to see if he looks like that in 19 years!

@TomFelton said they took special ‘aging lessons’ to pass for adults in their 30s; but he just acted like Jason Isaacs (Lucius): super proud

UPDATE3: ComingSoon.net have posted an scene-by-scene transcription of the Deathly Hallows footage shown at the panel.  Here’s what they had to say:

The footage shared played like an extended trailer for the pair of movies and opened with a mirror shard falling to the ground following by a profiled shot of Harry. Voice-over during the shots is Voldemort speaking about the people who have died and those who have suffered as a result of Harry. During the speech, shots of Dumbledore and other. The voice-over closes with Voldemort saying that he will “punish every last man, woman and child that tries to conceal you from me.”

It switches to the familar scene in the forest with Voldemort and all of the Death Eaters when Harry arrives… and Voldemort’s now famous line – “Harry Potter. The boy who live, come to die…” Then you see a bit of the wand duel in the forest. The scene then shifts to fast cuts that include dragons, the trip through Gringotts… and what looked like several Harry Potters standing with each other and various scenes of the epic final battle.

Next is a voice over from property newcomer Bill Nighy playing new Minister of Magic Rufus Scrimgeour who promises his loyals that “Your Ministry remains strong!”

Flash to a scene in a diner with the famous three – Harry, Hermione and Ron – discussing their next moves when they draw wands to defend themselves against an attack from a pair of other diner patrons.

Next, a scene at a long table with the Death Eaters sitting around it and Voldemort sitting at the head. Snape is there, giving Voldemort details of the whereabouts of Harry. Voldemort then reminds the group that he ‘must be the one to kill Harry Potter.’

Fast cuts lead to the famous three, looking haggard and in hiding. Ron is yelling at Harry. Ron has been listening to the radio every night to make sure he doesn’t hear that any of his family has died in the war. Harry barks back “Don’t you think I’ve been listening too!’ Ron nastily reminds Harry that his family is already dead and the two begin to fight.

More fast action cuts which included a voice over about the demise of Minster of Magic. Then wand play with Bellatrix LeStrange… more fighting in the woods… in the sky on brooms and a shot of Harry’s end fight with Voldemort.
