Kenneth Branagh, who played Gilderoy Lockhart in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, directed the film Thor, which releases in cinemas this Friday. The film is being screened to critics who are, thus far, singing its praises. Currently Thor (2011) holds a 90% positive rating at review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes. The film features Chris Hemsworth (Star Trek) as Thor and Natalie Portman (Black Swan) as Jane Foster. The film’s amazing musical score was composed by the composer for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Patrick Doyle.

Since Valentine’s Day is approaching this Sunday, February 14, The Times posted a preview of love poems recorded by popular celebrities which can be sent as a gift to your valentine.  Among the celebrities were Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Alan Rickman(Professor Snape), and Kenneth Branagh (Gilderoy Lockhart), and Stephen Fry who narrated the UK audiobook editions of the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.
