We previously reported that Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) had completed a new film. At the time, the title of the film was known to be Comrade. But now, the trailer has been released with a new title for the film, Into The White.
It is based on a true story about a British air crew and a German air crew who are shot down over Norway and have to reside together in a shack during World War II.

Ah, brings back memories of my birthday trip there last month.
Here is the video of their tour:

Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films) is the main star (or is it obsessed fan?) in Ed Sheeran’s latest music video. The song is called Lego House and it shows Rupert playing guitar (among other things) and lip syncing the song.
According to Metro UK, Rupert Grint won the Best British Actor award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards for his role as “Ron Weasley” in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. The award ceremony was held last night at Wembley Arena in the London Borough of Brent. He was quoted to have said this upon accepting the award:
‘I’m just the ginger one in the background, this shouldn’t be happening!’
But we think it should be happening! Congratulations, Rupert!

His fellow co-stars Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) also attended the event. Click here to see a photo of all three actors together at the event.

Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Jim Broadbent (Horace Slughorn), and David Tennant (Barty Crouch, Jr.) are coming together once again. This time to lend their voices to the new Postman Pat movie.
This animated film, whose entire title is Postman Pat: The Movie – You Know You’re the One, has the postman being in a television talent contest and becoming an overnight sensation.
For those of you not aware, Postman Pat began as a television show on BBC One in 1981.
Rupert stated, “I used to watch Postman Pat when I was a small boy. My brother and sisters all did at some stage. Postman Pat is one of those British symbols, I suppose. You are totally familiar with him and his cat Jess, even if you have never watched the series.”
Broadbent says he’s excited to work with Postman Pat, who he calls ‘iconic.’
A video below shows the opening titles from Postman Pat.
According to an online report, Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) attended Virgin Media’s V Festival in Hylands Park this past weekend. He was able to enjoy this post-Potter event without being widely recognized by wearing “…a hoodie which zips all the way up so it’s quite easy to hide!..”
When the press caught up with Grint at the festival’s Virgin Media Louder Lounge where he received VIP treatment, he admitted how he felt about not filming any more Harry Potter films:
“It’s going to take a while to really sink in – it was quite a shock really. It all seemed to end quite suddenly but now the film’s out it is kind of closure and I’m excited to move on,” …”It has kind of been this bubble – it’s like graduating I guess. We’ve all learned so much.”
Grint added that he plans to keep in touch with his co-stars, especially with James and Oliver Phelps who portrayed “Fred and George Weasley”, as well as with Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Emma Watson (Hermione Granger):
“I spend a lot of time with the twins. All of us really, we’ve all shared this quite unique experience together and we’ll always stay in touch.”
Absolute Radio was able to have this video interview with Grint in which he basically said the same thing, but they also discussed his enjoyment of the music festival and his upcoming film Comrade. The film sounds very interesting!
Tom Felton, who portrays Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, is also starring in The Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The premiere recently took place in Los Angeles. Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) was also in town and stopped by and had a very sweet way of showing support for his fellow Potter star by wearing a t-shirt that he wrote I HEART Tom Felton on it.
Tom really got a kick out of this and even added some of his own art work to it, which Tom tweeted a photo of.
There’s also a video from the premiere that includes an interview with Tom.
The Rise of the Planet of the Apes will be in theatres on August 5th.
