David Bradley Comments On The Growing Harry Potter Stars
|
At the Olivier Awards ceremony, David Bradley, who has portrayed Hogwarts caretaker "Argus Filch" since the first Harry Potter film, spoke briefly to Tim Walker with the Daily Telegraph about what it's like to watch the young Harry Potter stars like Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, and Matthew Lewis grow older with each film in the series:
"It's hugely weird," the affable old stager told me at the Olivier Awards. "I first met them when they were about 10 years old and now they say when they see me: 'David, give me five!' and I reply: 'Get lost!'"
Lolol. What a funny old codger, he is!
Mr. Bradley recently appeared opposite Sir Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore) in No Man's Land by Harold Pinter at the Duke of York's in London's West End.
