Like most of you the third one is my favorite, the movies have come a long way. I also liked the first one a lot but the second one wasent that good. anyway i hope the goblet of fire is better than all three. 46:slytherin:

I don't think so. The first one wasn't scary. I think Goblet of fire rules. Because of the graveyard scene and all it was cool.

I think before GOF was released I would have said SS/PS, but I don't know, I think that GOF was amazing, and it was done rather well....so I'll say GOF. =D

For me it is the 1st one as it the most authenic. Look at the fat lady, really authentic. Then in the 3rd movie dawn french, spolling the theme.

GoF was defenitely the best. PoA was defenitely the worst. I got so disapointed! Good thing I went to the bathroom in the middle of the movie, so I could miss some of it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

I think that the first movie was the best. It seemed like all the magic in it was exaggerated, so it showed how new Harry was to magic. Like when hermione levitated the feather, it seemed like such a great accomplishment, when really it wasn't that big of a deal. I like all the movies, but they are getting darker and scarier, which is fine, but i don't think that any of them really have the magic that the first one does.

Yeah, that's true. I still like GoF best because there's a lot of magic going on during the tournament! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Some things happen that don't really seem like magic to us such as the potion that brings back Voldemort. You wouldn't really think of mixing a variety of ingredients as magic, would you? All the same...I agree that the older they get the more ignorant it seems we are becoming of magic.

I suppose your right, about the potion thing, but I mean potions and cauldrins are just classic magic things to me.
And the exaggeration of everything is why it was also my favorte book untill OotP came out. I think they did a wonderfull job with the first movie, especially with the chess scene. |

I like all the movies, although I favor POA a little more (although OOTP may just become my fave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ). My favorite thing out of all the movies so far is the chess board/game in SS.

I have to say that the first two movies were the best! Mostly because they both had the same directer, and Dumbledore. *sigh*
I miss old Dumbledore.... The new guy has too much energy. Am I the only one who feels this??? And also, the rest of the movies after the second one have different styles! And I don't think that they do the books, or the first two movies justice. I mean, sure I cried when Cedric died in the fourth movie, but I still have to go with the first two. Oh, and none of the other movies have Hedwig's theme! what ever happened to that??? |
