who will die in book 7? Options

We all know someone will die in this next book. However, we don't know who. Personally I think it will be Voldemort and Lupin or someone from the order. What does everyone else think?

I put a combination of people. I don't feel it would be realistic if Voldemort was defeated with no casualities. I think Hagrid may die and maybe mcGonagall. Or one of the Weasleys. I don't think it will be HRH. That would not be nice! 28:irked:

I think Voldemort will definately die. Otherwise there would be absolutely no closure at all. And I have this terrible feeling that Harry might be a horcruxe so maybe Harry will die too...who knows? I sure hope Harry doesn't die, that would be awful! But if Harry had to die to make sure Voldemort dies, I know he would do it - it would be the heroic thing to do and it would be like his parents, which would make him proud.

I think it will be the evil werewolf and I think Wormtail will kill him with his silver hand.

I can't see Ron or Ginny dying, because they both have been close to it. Ron sacrificing himself in the chess match, Ginny in the Chamber, of course Harry has always had his neck stuck out. Hermione was petrified by the Basilisk so I think the fearsome foursome are in the clear.

Either Harry will avenge DD, or he will die to save Harry.

Not sure if he's good or evil, but either way he will die.

Who will die? I think, definitely Lord Voldemort will be defeated. But before that, JKR is saving the most tragic death for last: I think Hagrid will die in book seven, no doubt protecting Harry and his friends.

I would love to believe that Voldemort will die, but who knows.

I am sure that 1 or 2 people from both the order and the DE's will die. Probably just one more really important character. (like Lupin or a Weasley)

I think Ron will die, the unlucky number 6 thing, Pheur(sp?), Lupin, Percy, Molly, Greyback, Voldemort, Peter, Lucious, Bellatrix, maybe Snape, Nacrissa, Draco, McGonnal, Mad-Eye, and some other various people.

Now that I think about it, I am sure that Wormtail will die. It seems like he has to because of what happened in PoA. Dumbledore said that Wormtail is indebted to Harry and that the debt must be repaid. (Or at least I think something like that)

Yeah I agree Wormtail is going to die and pay back Harry's debt. Although it's not Harry's life he will save, but Ginny's. Think about it, what would mean more to Harry his life or Ginny's life? He got Harry's parens killed so he will save the closet thing to family that he's got and it really is Ginny.

it will definalty be a combo of people. hopefully V will be one of them. i could see snape biting the dust too. and im sure JK will kill off one or two character that we all love simply because thats been the track record for the last two books (Black and DD). possibly hagrid (i like sputter's idea that he could die saving harry and his friends) and maybe lupin because of his adventures with the warewolves. that is bound to go wrong eventually.

I would hope that all the Weasleys live. Well since we all agree about Wormtail and how he's gonna die let's move to how Voldemort's gonna die. I'm gonna say it will be a combined effort of Harry and Ginny. Maybe Harry with Gryffindore sword and Ginny with her Bat Boogy Hex. As for who else I think Snape has a good chance at living and even a lim chance of dieing. i have theories for both. I think Lupin will die and it would make it more dramic if some of the Weasleys die. I also thin Neville and Luna die, Mad-Eye, and Gwap saving Hagrid. I have theories for all fo these, but I'm not gonna go into them just yet. Feel free to rip me apart and why you think any other chatacters will live or die.

I think Voldemort and probably Bella will die, perhaps Snape. I DO NOT think there will be a wholescale bloodbath. Some relatively minor figures, Slughorn, for example. but none of the mainliners. I Still think DD will reappear. JK is probably thru with writing about Sirius.

I think, Snape, Wormtail, Voldemort, and some of the other Death Eaters will die. I also hate to admit this, but I think some of the Weasleys will die and Tonks and or Lupin andsome others.
