I know this sounds way goofy, but after seeing Draco falter and DD, skilled in legilmency telling Draco "You're not evil" I've got this funny feeling that Draco is going to do a 180, like Regulus. After he sees what the "Dim" Lord (No misprint, intentional jibe) has in mind, Draco is going to think "forget this". I don't think Draco is going to be able to forget DD's last moments and is going to be "converted". As to whether he dies, 50/50. But if he dies I think it's going to be fighting the Dim Lord, not helping him.

intresting thoughts, i think draco (i know many people have already said this, buuut,) will become good and fight against the "dim lord" (very nice btw,) with harry/hermy/ron/luna/neville/ginny and LV will kill his mom and dad and then the OOtP will help him like DD said they could. Well, since the book already came out now and he didn't die I think that he might die in the 7th book. I mean if he did join V maybe V would get angry when he figures out the Snape did the unbreakable vow and then he would try to kill Snape and Snape would die and then Malfoy might commit suicide because he's so scared. Wait! I just thought of something else. What if Snape dies trying to save Draco and then he has this magical protection too, but then woudn't it like die right away because he would've come of age early?

If Draco dies (and I hope not, he's far too interesting a character) he will not die at Harry's hand, nor will any other 'good' wizard kill him. My money's on his Father or Voldemort finishing him off, with Narcissa turning against the Death Eaters in grief for her son (whi she sincerely adores and loves.)
Either that or Narcissa will die protecting Draco, giving him the same protection against Voldemort that Harry was gifted by Lily; and finally Draco and Harry are equals, united by a common bond- the strength of a Mother's love. Oh, so many theories... |

05:( Draco dying? Sad, but true. For me at least. I think that he may die of fright, but that would be too pathetic. Think like Joo, think like Jo, got it because Draco is the coward he will run away and get lost because he has run away from the battle scene between Harry and V. Months later they find him dead and they spot his ghost haunting the death place. Any ideas of where this place should be? Ok, bad theory.

Draco wont die. I wont believe it till it happens. The only main character thats going to die is Ron. I dunt know why, but I have a feeling Rons gonna die for Harry, and then Harry and Draco'll team up and defeat Voldie together, then run off into the sunset with clasped hands! *squeal* I'm pathetic.

I also don't think Draco is going to die. I really doubt this will happen. I think he's got some pivotal role to play and that that role does not involve his death.
It's possible that Voldie will try to do him in after the "weakness" he showed on the Tower.. but I think that Snape or Narcissa will save him. I think it's likely that Narcissa may die to save him, so he learns the value of love and so he can join Harry as an equal in the fight against Voldemort.. (I think Nixseeker suggested this earlier..). Anyway, things could go a very different way. What happened on the Tower had the potential to pull Draco onto the good side but it also had the potential to pull him further to Voldie's side.. he may see his actions as cowardliness and may wish to prove Dumbledore wrong in the "you are not a killer" comment, leading him further to the dark. If this happens, it's unlikely Voldie will do him in. I don't think the others (e.g. the Order, Dumbledore's Army) would kill him either though.. he is still a kid.. |

I think Malfoy won't die, Maybe Voldermort will try and kill him for showing the weakness for not killing Dumbledore, i think he might not die because Harry might save him, the reason i'm saying this, Harry alike James very much, and if you recall, James saves Snape from going down to the Whomping Willow to see Lupin( when he was a wolf) so Harry might save Malfoy just like his father did for Snape.
