Alright, so Hufflepuff has the Fat Friar, Slytherin has the Bloody Baron and Gryffindor has Nearly Headless Nick. But who is Ravenclaw's House ghost? I'm under the impression it's a girl, but I don't know why. Any ideas?

The Grey Lady, is Ravenclaw's house ghost, and the Head is Professor Flitwick (btw, did you know that he is half goblin?) |

Oh cool. I once read a book about some ghosts at the lighthouse and the ghost in there would tidy things up if it got too messy. LOL! Pretty nice ghost. Defenitely saves some people some time. As for Flitwick being half-goblin. Wow! I must have missed that in the books or was it in an interview with Jo because I spend a lot of time on the boards that I only get to see one headline each day from hp's page. Anyway, ya, the grey lady.

Since I'm bored, here are some facts:
1.Rowena Ravenclaw founded the House and named it after herself. 2.One of Ravenclaw's mottos, according to Luna, is "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure". 3.Ravenclaw's mascot is the Raven(obviously) because both Ravens and Ravenclaws are smart. 4.The Ravenclaw's Dormitory is in a tower. 5.Cho Chang, Luna, etc. are in Ravenclaw. Hope those were interesting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

In all honesty I'd like to find out more about the Bloody Baron and why he is covered in silver blood stains.

Actually, Ravenclaw's mascot is a golden eagle as stated in the books.
The Grey Lady is based on the legend of a real life ghost in England. |

The Grey Lady is supposedly based off of a ghost that haunts a castle in England.
