Sorry if this has already been posted, but i couldnt find it. Because Voldemort killed the horcrux inside Harry, does that mean Harry is no longer a parslemouth?

Believe or not this is not in the books. However, I think there is a Wikiapedia article where JK gives an overall epilogue; and in it she says that Harry never speaks parseltongue again. She doesn't say he can't, she just says he doesn't.

I stand corrected: She says he "loses the abillity to speak it". Its on the Wikipedia "Harry Potter(character)" page, under "abillities and interest".
