Jo has answered this question with a yes. Whether or not she will be published is up to her. She also said she didn't know if she would want to be published again. So that much is up in the air. And this was also in 2000, so she may have changed her mind since then or maybe will when Potter is finished.

Why does Harry Potter, and other wizards and witches, have to wear glasses? In a world where they are able to regrow bones and fix broken wrists in a jiffy, why do they need to wear glasses? Shouldn't they be able to fix eyesight as well as they can mend bones and cuts?

Answer:[spoiler]We do not know if Harry actually finished his 7th year at Hogwarts, but he joined the Auror Department at the Ministry of Magic. After all these years, he is now the Head of The Department. Hermione joined the Ministry too and is now in the Department of Magical Law enforcement(despite her joking about it to Scrimgeour in DH).
Jo gave two answers about Ron. She first said that he joined Harry in the Auror Department, but later said that he helped out George with the shop in Diagon Alley. We might conclude that he initially helped George and then went on to join the Ministry. Jo also said that the Ministry that they've all joined is not the one that they were at loggerheads with for the many years. They've revolutionised the place, under Kingsley's able tenure as Minister for Magic and now the Ministry is a 'good place to be'.
Ginny played for a few years for the Holyhead Harpies(the all women Quidditch team) and then settled down to raise the family. She now works as a columnist(I think) for the Daily Prophet.[/spoiler]
