I thought this was just relating to the first film, so i voted 'other', for Alan Rickman! He was so brilliant as Snape in it. He's never got so much screen time after that, has he?

i am biased towards Emma as she shares my name but they all have improved so much over the course of the movies. they have turly grown into their characters.

Yeah, I reckon Alan DEFINATELY takes the cake! But I also really liked Miranda Richardson's take on Rita Skeeter.
Christy don't worry about what your sis says. I had a similar experience at home! When I watch Lord of The Rings with friends, they all say I look like Liv Tyler but when I watched some of it at home my Mum said I looked like Orlando Bloom!!! What an insult! 07:angry: I don't like being told I look like anyone else, but ESPECIALLY not a guy! (I think she was just saying it because I'm tall with long hair.. hopefully those are the only reasons!). |

I mean, because of the hairstyle she says so, I've got straight hair just like him, so that is why she keeps saying that I look like Alan Rickman. Nothing else troubles me, but that is way rude.

Trust me.. my family would never say anything like that to "liven me up" .. it's not their style. Mum said it to tease me. No more, no less.
To tell you the truth wasn't really offended at all.. I just pretended to sulk when around Mum.. later with my friends we had a lot of laughs about it all and we came up with guys all the girls look like and girls all the guys look like. It was just a bit of fun really 02:lol: |

Yeah! My sis doesn't say this to liven me up,either. She just says this to irritate me. Otherwise whenever I tell Mommy about this, she will start saying that it's a compliment. Alan is such a good actor and so on. Nothing else.

ooh yeah i forgot about Alan. I dont know as far as grown up actors I would definetly say him, but out of emma/rupert/dan I would choose Dan.
Its kind of hard to compare the teenage actors to the adults especially since most of the adult actors have had so much more experience like Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, Ralph Fiennes....etc |
