Cassy's emotions were spinning. She felf pain and grief, but she also felt joy and happiness. "Man, emothions are so confusing."she said out loud. She did't realize she said it though.

"'Good stuff?'" Tom asked. He was sure none of these had felt the thrills he had. They were too 'innocent.' They would never learn the true meaning of life. "What draws the line between good and evil?" he questioned her, wondering what her answer could possibly be...

"I don't know. If you kill someone, like for revenge, then I want nothing to do with you."Cassy said.

"But what defines what is good and what is evil? Is there is line between them, or is it simply in the eye of the beholder? What if we're on the wrong side? or if there is no good nor evil at all? Is it just an illusion to keep up at bay or hold us back?"

"That's a very good question."Cassy said,"or rather, those are very good questions."

"What do you think?" he asked.

"Hmmmmm, If you kill for revenge and later on aren't sorry about it, you are evil, I guess. But if you are sorry about it, and I mean really sorry, then you are good. I don't really know. I mean I will know evil when I see it, I guess."Cassy said.

"You won't know evil when you see it," Tom told her, "because there is no good and evil. Good and evil is in the eyes of the beholder, nothing more."

"What do you mean there is no more good and evil?"Cassy said,"The person who released that monster last year was deffinatly evil."

"You say I am evil," he couldn't help himself from saying, "yet you say you love me."

"What?"Cassy said. Then she realized."Oh my gosh, you released that monster last yer. It was you?"

Tom held his head high, looking down on her. "Yes," he replied, "it was me." He stepped closer to her and bent his head down to her ear. "And if you tell anyone, I'll do worse to you than what happened to Myrtle." She shuddered and shrugged away from him. Tom saw fear in her eyes. "Not a word," he told her.

Cassy was seiously scared now."Does any one else know?"she whispered.

"Right,"Cassy said,"Tom, I don't know if I can keep going out with you."

Cassy was so scared. "Why,"she thought,"do I have to have all of the trouble."It just wasn't fair.

"You once knew your parents and they were good people mind you. Your muggle father didn't leave your mother alone to die. Your grandfather wasn't insane. You didn't grow up in an orphanage feeling so different and weird that you didn't question the point of living at all. At least you had happy moments in life. But what is life anyway? And you say nothing trouble always comes to you. Look at me."
