I'm almost sure that Jo is going to kill off someone Harry loves and someone Harry loathes (whether this be Voldemort or not, I don't know). Both people are also going to be extremely important to the plot, and to Harry's life, though. Who either of these people are, I don't know, but knowing JK Rowling, I'm sure what ever happens will be totally unexpected.
