when peter pettigrew transformed forma arat to his human form he has his clothes on but when he escapes by transferring back to a arat his clothes are left,this confused because as weird as this may seem doesnt it mean that whenever peter will tramsform form a rat to his human form then in that case he should be shown naked not fully dressed.
another thing is that when sirus transforms from a dog to his human form he is fully dressed and when doing the opposite his clothes are not left behind. |

I think your clothes etc. become a part of you as an animagus. Prof. McGonagall was a cat who had markings around her eyes, like her glasses.
