Was doing some work around my house today and was thinking of Dementors and Boggarts, and had an interesting thought. We have only seen full grown dementors and know little about them.
Is a Boggart an immature Dementor? I have found no way to prove or disprove the idea Boggarts are shapeshifters that take the form of what you fear the most in order to feed off your emotions... fear is one of the primal and strongest emotions Dementors feed off emotions by making you relive sad times, they can drain a person and eventually leave them a shell of what they once were. It is true that they do not change shapes, but perhaps at that time they are strong enough in their own rights that they do not need or have lost that ability |

It sounds like there a type of cousin or something. Both like to take advantage of fear
Other than that, I dunno |
