We have finally received a ton of photos from the movie yesterday. My personal favorite:
(IMG:http://www.harrypotterspage.com/images/photogallery/albums/userpics/027hbp_luna_spectacles.jpg) This one makes me a little sad... Harry, holding Dumbledore's (Elder) wand along with Professor McGonagall in the background... (IMG:http://www.harrypotterspage.com/images/photogallery/albums/userpics/026hbp_mcg_harry.jpg) You can see them in our gallery here. Make sure to check out the new magazine articles as well here. |

lol - yes, Ron under the love potion spell...
(IMG:http://www.harrypotterspage.com/images/photogallery/albums/userpics/hbphi-res_ron.jpg) Or, there's Ron in his Quidditch uniform - trying for the team, I imagine... (IMG:http://www.harrypotterspage.com/images/photogallery/albums/userpics/025hbp_ron_quidditch_hires.jpg) |

QUOTE(the_prisoner_of_azkaban @ Jul 5 2008, 10:11 AM) Anyone else think Ron looks like a medieval warrior in that outfit! I think it's a very peculiar photo - he looks very uncomfortable!! Personally I like the one of Harry holding the Elder Wand with Prof McGonagall standing in the background just watching, it speaks volumes. |

I believe that picture of Ron is during tryouts, so he's a bit stressed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yikes.gif)

I love this photo... don't know what it's of, maybe a visit at Hogsmeade? Anyway, doesn't anyone think this photo totally looks like the scene from Deathly Hallows when Harry visits his parents grave. Of course I know it isn't. And of course, I know they were in Polyjuice Potion disguise then, (but I never imagined it like that considering it seriously took away the emotional image I had in my head, and I hope the filmmakers feel the same when they make the movie.) Anyway... fantstic photo! What do you all think? |

But of course at that age a boy definitely can, but I still think it's funny. |

QUOTE(MrsGinnyPotter @ Jul 7 2008, 04:08 PM) hmm but at what time in the book? what could they be conversing about? They look confused about something. When I first saw that picture a while ago, I thought maybe it was from the beginning of the movie-- but now I keep thinking that it may be from Christmas. I hate how these pictures tease me! All of them. And now the new one with Slughorn, It looks as if he's about to do something he shouldn't be. The look on his face... And Tom Felton is so much older! Ah! But it may work to his advantage in the movies to show how much he has changed since the year before. |

yeah my first thought was christmas but if they follow the timeline of the story we know hermione and ron were fighting over that time!
also, for everyone who has seen the harry/hermione shot where they look concerned everyoneis believing it is at dumbledores funeral (rulled out cause its snowing) it could possibly be when ron was poisened?... link describing the pics by david heyman This post has been edited by MrsGinnyPotter: Jul 9 2008, 02:30 PM |

Wow, the second one (Harry holding Dumbledore's wand) is really sad...
By the way, now we have these: (IMG:http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/4955/potterxlargebn5.jpg) That little Voldy-boy looks scary, kind of psycho... (IMG:http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/2079/dumbledorexlargemw1.jpg) Acording to Yates, that is a 'biblical scene' (HarryLatino dixit). I hope the movie will be as good as the Bible... Ok, I haven't said this here, I'm boicoting (does that word exist?) the movie. No, I'm not saying I won't go to the cinema, or asking people not to go. I'm calling for a 'ten days boicot'. Just to show them (especially Yates) how dissapointed we are with his decissions. The little boicot is just how I'm showing my opinion. I didn't like the 5th movie, and I don't like how things are developing in this one. I understand that a movie is not a book. They don't film a book, they adapt a story for the screen. Cool. But don't destroy the story. A little change? Ok. Some character eliminated? Ok. Some backround stories eliminated? (like S.P.E.W.) Ok... But not to include Dumbledore's funeral? That's criminal. Some people may agree, others won't. If you don't like what I say, it's ok, it's just opinions, no one is right or wrong, we just like or dislike the movie. But if you agree with me, join the ten days boicot. I'd like to know if I can open a topic about this... So people can say why they like (or don't like) Yates adaptions. -------------- Returning to the topic, I like very much the pics. I hope the scenes will be as good as the pics show them. Again, that Voldy face, I love the kid! |

"But not to include Dumbledore's funeral? That's criminal." Where did you read that there would be no Dubledore's funeral story line. I have not read anything about that...

I have not read anything about that... In HarryLatino. There's where I heard that. Horrible, isn't it? Now some people say it's just a rumour. But it's not confirmed. That's to say, it's not confirmed whether it is a rumour or the plain true. Knowing Yates... |
