If you think about it though...he may not be obviously smart, but in a true test he has the insticts and the courage to go with his knowledge...and its not let him down so far right? Plus Hermione's cleverness is from a book...thats not natural smartness, jus the ability to learn quickly!

Remember the sorting had SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED putting her in Ravenclaw but then decided on Gryffindor in the end.

I put Fred, but I wanted to put Fred and George. Come on guys. Its tough inventing new ways to gag, joke, and otherwise humiliate people and theirs were AWESOME. They have real life application to their magic. Plus the swamp was awesome in book five, what an exit!!!

I voted Hermione :hermy: - by was very close to choose either Fred or George instead. No doubt they are smart - they just don't stick as much to the rules :devil: and they definetely don't care as much about school as Hermione does.
