I totally noticed it when Lucius said avada in the movie. And I thought it was so stupid because it wasnt like that in the book and cause dumbledore was right there in the castle.

Exactly, like what I've said before, this is only a movie, so maybe Chris just introduced a spell early. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) He may have read the fouth book and just wanted to include the curse.
