Mine is Hermione-Hermione Jane Granger- Because shes cool and smart

Mine is Harry James Potter. Pretty cool. He rocks. And I think Dumbledore is also useful. And even Hermione she is just so intelligent and smart. Nevilles quite funny. Snape is too good. I think I like all the characters. All of them are great. I like Ron a bit,but the best is Harry. However I dislike Parvati and Padma Patil. I dunno why.

I like sirius and lupin alot...and james eventhough we dont really know too much about him


is hermione's middle name really Jane isnt that Umbridges middle name too...maybe JKR just likese it as a middle name

Sirius and Lupin used to be my favourites. I used to call them "Siri and Lupi" - I know it's sad! But now Sirius has gone I've convinced myself Lupin's my favourite.. but it doesn't always work! Whenever I read bits Sirius is in, I fall in love with him all over again - he's not only cool and kind to Harry, he's so human!!! I'm still angry with Snape for teasing him in number 12. Grrr.

all of the marauders are so cool..well except Peter but like Lupin James and Sirius i wish JkR would just write a book about their life at hogwarts. I would love that and it would really like help us get to know Snape and other characters

I like Lupin, Dumbledore and the Weasley twins, because Lupin was a very understanding and responsible man, Sirius was a good, useful man and the twins are very funny!

I like Harry Potter, but my most favorite is Hermione Granger. She's the best one. Smart, funny, and all.

Well,I like I guess anybody but ,Death Eaters,Umbridge,and Voldemort *wince*.During the Forth and Fifth years though,I could hate the M.O.M. and anybody that didn't believe Harry!

For me it has been and always will be (dead or not) Sirius. He was the whole package, rebellious, smart, caring, courages. He was always there for Harry and treated him more like an adult then most others. He treated Harry with respect, friendship and love which are qualities Harry missed out on as a child. I absolutly fell apart when Sirius died. I kept saying to myself "He's not dead" and like Harry in HBP whenever they mentioned Sirius I felt sick.

Apart from Sirius (who seems to be very popular with this board) I do love Fred and George just for the humour they brought to the books. Defiantly kept the spirits up!

My favorite character is Hermione. She's a lot like me.

Hermione, Draco, Snape, Sirius and Harry are my favs, but mainly Hermione. I just love the character!

My favorites are Severus Snape and Lucius Malfoy. Snape is mysterious and I think will end up being a hero at the end of the series. I like Lucius because he is pure evil and that kind of personality is great to add diversity to a story. Not to mention they are the two hottest characters in the movies.

Hermione is my favorite character because she's really smart and a "know it all" like me!02:D

i agree with maelstromb... i like oliver even though he graduated... but i also love Fred and George... they're so funny and extremely smart and cunning.... but sirius is also great... i'm convinced he'll come back into the story line... just wishful thinking [size=3]

Hermione Granger is also one of my favourites because she is so me-ish. I just dislike Emma Watson.

For me it would have to be a toss up betwenn Harry and Dobby. Dobby because he's hilarious and always wants to punish himself and Harry because he's brave and courageous and cool and good looking and hot and smart and fit and a good flier and noble and funny and cute and he is the chosen one!!!

I have several favorite characters for different reasons. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, Hagrid, Dumbledore, McGonagall, and and and Snape!

I agree with you 100%. I really like Ginny, though I do have a friend, in England, that can't stand her. Sometimes there is a laps of taste going on there.

I didn't like Ginny too much for the first few books but she grew on me. It was probably when she went to the dance with Nevill that I started really likeing her.

I'm like you about Ginny, the prisoner of...! She had to grow on me. Except it took me until 'Order of The Phoenix' before I started to like her as a character.

I don't have just one favorite. I did like Oliver Wood, though. I wish that he would have been in the books more, other than quidditch. But I also like Harry, the Mauraders (with the exception of Wormtail ), Dumbledore and Snape. I like them all really. .

I LOVE Luna Lovegood because she is in her own little world were nothing can get to her :]

No one belives in her silly idea's from the quibbler but she is willing to put up with ridicule for it because she doesn't need to see somthing to belive in it.

She is very young at heart I always thought until I heard about her Mother being blown up when she was an unspeakable (not sure if this is true or not) but it gave me insite on the pain she must of been feeling to block everything real out like that, Also the fact her mother was an unspeakable makes her belive in the things that are not wildly talked about.

She is a beautiful and wears some mad clothes.

I think I like her the most because she has the courage to be diffrent :]

I hate all other Ravenclaws because of the way they treat the own members of their house, stealing and hiding her things and even isolating her because she doesnt fit into the perfect book-worm criteria.

In your P.S. you said you hate all other Ravenclaws...did Cho ever do something wrong? There are a few others who are really quite innocent... I mean to say I don't really think she'd ever isolate her because she doesn't fit in.

My favorite character, I love a few of them all for diffrent reasons.

Dumbledore: He just is such a wise and kind old man. I like him the way I love Gandalf the Gray in LOTR. They are extreamly powerful and wise, but very kind and good in all sence of the word.

Snape: because he's just complex and always leaves you wondering what his motivations really are, plus I love his sarcastic comments. He's the guy you love to hate.

Lucius: I don't like what he does in the books or movies. I hate his pompous attitude and he's evil to the bone and smug to the point where I just want to punch him. Very unlikeable character. I just like him because he looks hot in the movies

Harry: He has amazing morals and so brave and just a very good and honest person and wise beyond his years. I would love to have a son like him. I could see him being alot like Dumbledore when he's old.

Fred and George: because every time these two are on the screen they are making me laugh with their mischief. They kind of remind me of myself when I was in school being the class clown I was, and they remind me of the people I hung around with. I would love to see these guys pull a prank on Severus I'd sell my soul to see that onscreen. Then again these guys do like pulling pranks but they ain't that stupid to prank him.

I can't just narrow it down to one character. Over all, I guess Snape and DUmbledore are the ones I love the most.
