Robert Pattinson Wouldn't Mind Being Dr. Who

Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter films) recently spoke with the Chicago Tribune. During the interview, he admitted he wouldn't mind playing the part of The Doctor in Dr. Who.

There's already a ton of speculation about who the next Doctor will be; the guessing game so far has centered on Paterson Joseph, an actor who has previously worked with Steven Moffat, "Doctor Who's" new head writer. But no decision has been reached yet.

"The Doctor is great," he said. Asked if he'd pick up the mantle, he replied, "Yeah, maybe."

The role of Dr. Who is currently being portrayed by David Tennant, who was Barty Crouch Jr in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

ROBERT PATTERSON IS NOT WORTHY TO EVEREVEREVER BE THE DOCTOR. I'm sorry, I don't think he's talented. AT ALL. He's such an ass who is NOT HOT.

No. Double no. he's already screwing up Twilight. He just can't be the doctor-he looks too young, and it just doesn't fit somehow.

I know I would love to see him as the doctor. I think he could portray the eccentric lonely doctor very well. :D

To bad Stephen Moffat wants to go with an older actor for the next Doctor. While I know anyone Stephen chooses will be great, I'd just love to see Rob do this part.
