Poésy Casting Update as Fleur in Deathly Hallows
|
Clémence Poésy, who portrayed Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is anticipated to resume her role in Deathly Hallows but nothing is yet confirmed, according to her agent. French fansite UHP contacted her agent to inquire if Poésy would resume her part in the last Harry Potter film. Their response:
Clémence Poésy is highly anticipated to resume as Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but it is still not confirmed. But Clémence is strongly considered for the role.

Robert Pattinson Nominated For Empire New Comer
|
Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter films) has been nominated for the category of Best Newcomer for the 2009 Jameson Empire awards.
Some other Harry Potter actors are also up for nominations or are involved with films that are up for nominations. Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) is up for Best Actress for her role in Sweeney Todd. Sweeney Todd's (which also stars Alan Rickman - Snape) soundtrack is up against Julie Walters' (Molly Weasley) Mama Mia for Best Soundtrack. Sweeney Todd is also up for Best Director and Best Horror Film. Bruges, which stars Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort), Brendan Gleeson (Moody), and Clémence Poésy (Fleur), is up for Best Comedy and Best British film.

Harry Potter Stars Still Burning Bright
|
Newsday.com posted an article with a photo gallery titled "Life After Harry Potter". It mentions what other films the actors have done after portraying a wizard. For example, Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) starred in December Boys and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) starred in Driving Lessons. Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) recently made promotional appearances for her latest film The Tale of Despereaux which is also mentioned in the article.

Harry Potter Stars Appear At Cannes

Clémence Poésy (Fleur Delacour) appeared at the Cannes Festival with Jim Sturgess to promote their previously reported movie Heartless. Click here to see their pictures.

Harry Potter Stars To Appear In CinemaNX Films
|
Variety reported CinemaNX, a new film financing and production venture bankrolled by the Isle of Man, has revealed its three new projects. Two of those projects will be Heartless and Wild Target whose cast will include stars from the Harry Potter films. Heartless, an urban horror movie written and directed by Philip Ridley, will star Clemence Poesy (Fleur Delacoeur) and Timothy Spall (Wormtail), along with Jim Sturgess and Noel Clarke. Wild Target, a “hitman caper” produced by Martin Pope and Michael Rose of Magic Light Pictures, will star Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) and Bill Nighy. |

Clémence Poésy Agent Denies Deathly Hallows Rumors
|
French Harry Potter fan site UHP were able to contact Clémence Poésy's (Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter films) agent, Elizabeth Simpson, regarding the recent rumors that stated the actress would not be in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
They have formally denied all rumors regarding Clémence not being in the Harry Potter films. So, rest easy, HP fans!

Clemence Poesy in Le Grand Meaulnes
|
Clemence Poesy, who portrays Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, has signed on for another role in a French film Le grand Meaulnes. The movie is based off of the classic novel by Alain Fournier. She will star with 14-year-old actor Jean-Baptiste Maunier.
The book is about a 17-year-old boy who boards at his father's school and becomes the class leader and is named Le Grand Meaulnes. He goes on an errand which should only take a few hours, but ends up gone for days. It turns out he met a girl and fell in love while gone, but he can't seem to find her again.
