Yaxley is the Death Eater who, accompanied by Antonin Dolohov, kept watch in the Forbidden Forest, shortly before Harry’s infamous journey to death and the Death Eater who took control of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

French fan site UHP have received word that the centaur Firenze will return for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II. The role was originally portrayed by actor Ray Fearon in Sorcerer’s/Philosopher’s Stone. This information is also noted as a rumor on the IMDB site. Please keep this in the rumor category until we receive confirmation.

A few more actors have confirmed that they will be returning to their roles for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Stanislav Ianevski, who portrayed Victor Krum in Goblet of Fire, will return to resume his role as the Quidiitch star. His only scene from the book is from Bill and Fleur’s wedding.
Additionally, Twitter user cinimaniac7147 confirmed with SnitchSeeker that Angelica Mandy, who portrayed Gabrielle Delacour (Fleur’s younger sister) in Goblet of Fire, will also return for the wedding. While at the London Film and Comic Con, she described the wedding scene in Deathly Hallows like the Yule Ball in Goblet of Fire because there are ‘a lot of people’ and it will be ‘a lot of fun’.
Additionally, Joshua Herdman, who portrays Gregory Goyle in the films, confirmed he’ll be back. He was also asked about co-star Jamie Waylett (Crabbe), who was recently sentenced with community service for growing cannibas in his home. Joshua stated he wasn’t sure if Jamie would be back, but did admit that there will be a larger emphasis on the Zabini role instead of Crabbe.
Update: Katie Leung (Cho Chang) will reprise her role of Cho Chang in Deathly Hallows as well.

Bill Nighy has stated that he has a part in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. He said he isn’t sure he’s allowed to say what part he has. However, conjecture has it that he will have the part of Rufus Scrimgeour, Minister of Magic.
“I don’t think I’m allowed to say it but I’m going to be in the next Harry Potter film,” he tells us. “I won’t say which character, but he’s a goodie. I just got the gig.”
For those of you who are vampire fans, Nighy portrayed head vampire Victor in the Underworld films (no, not Twilight). And for those of you who are pirate fans, he portrayed Davy Jones in – you guessed it – Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. You can see photos of him in our gallery beginning here.

Actor Guy Henry has stated during an interview with BBC Radio2 that he has been cast in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as Pius Thicknesse. Pius was a Ministry of Magic official who was later imperiused and became the Minister of Magic while under the curse. During the interview he stated he’s been cast.
“I’ve done the deal so I’m allowed to say, I’m going to be Pius Thicknesse! The new Minister of Magic in the final two Harry Potter films. Very exciting. First day of filming, July 27th!”

David O’Hara has been cast as Albert Runcorn in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. If you’ll recall, Runcorn was the Ministry of Magic official that Harry impersonates using Polyjuice Potion in order to infiltrate the Ministry.
O’Hara, who is Scottish, also stars in Showtime’s The Tudors as the Earl of Surrey and was also in such films as Braveheart. You can see photos of him in our gallery here and here.

Two new casts member for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are now online.
The first is for the character Charity Babbage, the Muggle Studies professor, in which actress Carolyn Pickles has been cast. You can see a photo of her in our gallery here.
The second is for the character Kreacher, the house-elf that Harry inherits from Sirius Black. This part (assuming just the voice) will be portrayed by actor Simon McBurney. You can see a photo of him in our gallery here.
