As many of you will know tomorrow (Monday, 20th March 2006) is the release of the Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire DVD in the UK. I thought it would be a nice idea to ask readers of this website to post comments on what they hope will be on the DVD and/or what they think of the movie, and its features.

Hagrid's new hut that is being built for the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix film is nearly complete. Thanks to Expecto-Patronum, we have the photo for you here!
I know that many of you were wondering why they were rebuilding Hagrid's hut. Apparently it is because the building is not built to withstand the weather. This time they're building it at Leavesden Studio, as opposed to Scotland.
Thanks to The Snitch!

J. K. Rowling held her Venetian themed masquerade ball last night. The ball was support her favorite charity, the MS Society. Jo is the patron of the Multiple Sclerosis Society for Scotland, and feels very strongly about the condition, as her mother died of it at the age of 45.
The ball included a treasure hunt with clues written by Jo herself, so I'm sure it was very fun! It also had music by Abba tribute band Bjorn Again, live opera from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music, and Drama's Vocal Fusion.
Our favorite Keeper of Keys, Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid), was also in attendance.

In attendence to the 2006 Empire Awards that was held last night in London, three of the cast members were there; Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson and even producer David Heyman was there. Heyman spoke to Empire and mentioned where the filming was up to now, "We’ve done a little bit of action so far. We’ve done some stuff involving centaurs and Grawp, who is Hagrid’s 16ft brother. The kids have to act against a lot of blue screen for characters like Grawp, but thankfully they’re used to that by now."
And the trio (Dan, Rupert and Emma) are pleased with where they are now. Dan said, "The new director’s fantastic. I’ve never been quite this pushed before, so regularly. He’s really pushing Harry’s emotional and psychological journey. But he also seems to have an incredible eye for sets and shoots and things."
Rupert is also pleased with new director David Yates, "Yeah, he’s really cool. We’re really getting on well. He’s a lot different from the other directors though. He’s a bit calmer, and he doesn’t really get stressed out at all, and he’s just a really nice bloke."
While Emma on the other hand, "really didn’t like" the fifth book, as it's not her favourite.
UPDATE:
More interviews have shown up online from the Empire awards last night.
You can see some interviews (that are a follow up to the above information) with Dan, Rupert, Producer David Heyman, and Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) here.
These interviews include Jason Isaacs stating he hopes to be in the fifth film. Rupert and Dan state how much they love the new director, David Yates. David Heyman stated that they gave the script to the fifth film (that included cuts from the book that were 'inevitable') to J. K. Rowling a few months back, and that she okayed it. He also had a bit to say on how long the current filming schedule will last. “We’re actually shooting until the middle of May,” said Heyman, “and then we break up for two months so the kids can do exams. Then we pick up in July and we shoot until October or November.” Empire states that, with any luck, the film will be in theatres by November 2007.
BBC Radio 1 also has an article about stating that Dan's kissing scene with Cho Chang will be filmed soon. He states that the kiss will be strange, as one of his parents will be on the set. You can read the interview with Dan here (thanks to HPANA!). (Sorry, HP Fans, it looks like they took that link down. I will try to find it again!)
