Oliver and James Phelps were born on 25 February 1986 in England. Oliver was born 13 minutes before James. They portray the infamous Weasley twins – Fred and George. Oliver has the role of George, and James has the role of Fred. They both really enjoy acting, and were in many school plays before getting the roles in the Harry Potter films.
